We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at tcadegear@gmail.com to request a return. All returns must be approved first. Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping label and the exact return address (this goes to our print partner’s facility).

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately at tcadegear@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, etc.

Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same eligibility conditions apply.

Refunds After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
